We are going to be reviewing all of the Frog Jump letters (F, E, D, P, B, R, N, and M) by creating a book about them to take home. We’re continuing to review numbers 1 and 2, and will be introducing the number 3.
To learn about the Fall season, we’ll be doing some science experiments about why leaves change colors, the parts of a leaf, and all of the primary/secondary colors.
Please bring in a note explaining the story or meaning behind your kiddo’s name if you have not yet handed it in. We would like to post them on the bulletin board this month so that we can talk to the kids about their name.
We are missing a few family pictures, too, if you would like to send in a copy of one to put on our family tree in the classroom.
Please remember these important dates for the after school conferences this week. The schedule will be posted outside of the classroom on the door. If you need to sign up, please go through the SignUpGenius link that was sent to you previously. If you need it resent, please let me know.

Hello Families, My name is Ms. Becky and I teach Kindie Prep 5’s Monday – Friday in the Panda Room. I have been teaching ECE for 16 years. My interests are taking walks with my husband and dog, watching movies with my son and consignment shopping with my daughter. I love to teach preschool children because
they are so loving and accepting, have an open mind to learn and it is rewarding to watch them grow academically and socially to become amazing citizens.
My name is Sheila Stevenson. This will be my fifth year at Little Blessings. I would love for my families to call me Miss Sheila. I have been blessed with many teaching opportunities. I have had the privilege of teaching second thru fifth grade. I have also been an aide in Kindergarten for two years. I must say I especially enjoy working with the preschoolers, they are such a delight and always have many interesting things to share. So often the teachers will get together and relate funny stories or sayings some of the students share. We always say we should write a book. I must say teaching preschool brings many smiles to my face. Am looking so forward to meeting each and everyone of you
Hello! I’m Sally Disler and I’m excited to be teaching in the Pandas. This is my third year at Little Blessings. I have been an assistant teacher in Kindergarten and have taught 1st and 2nd grades. I have two children, my daughter is in 4th grade and my son is a 1st grader. My husband and I love taking the kids for hikes in the mountains and we usually ski every weekend. This will be a great year!
