Hi, my name is Jaime Davis and this will be my 12th year teaching at Little Blessings. I have taught for 19 years total. I started my career in child development teaching in a Montessori school in California. I grew up in a small town in southern California where I meet my husband in high school. (27 yrs ago)  Fun fact we both are named Jaime. We moved to Colorado 13 years ago with our family and we love it here. We have 3 children, 1 golden retrievers (Sami) 2 cats ( Butch and Chip) and 2 big Oscar fiish. My oldest daughter (Kelly)  is 21 and just graduated college with her bachelors in Heath and Exercise from CSU. My son (Brady) is 18 and just graduated from Legend High School. He is certified as an EMT and is working towards becoming a paramedic firefighter!!  My youngest daughter(Lily) is 14 and just started high school. She is motivated to take on and achieve it all. She has already started by making the varsity team in cross country. When I’m not teaching you can find me running I am a very competitive runner. I’ve been running on and off since I was 7. About 2 year ago I really took it on seriously and finished my first marathon last May. I loved it and plan to do a lot more!! All my children run as well! Some of my favorite family time includes going on runs with them or cheering them on while they race. 

I also have a love and passion for nature and plants. I own a lot of plants and have a large garden. I love being outside in the dirt and learning about how plants grow.  I often visit the Botanic garden in Denver and Chatfield… such a beautiful, peaceful place! I am so thankful to be apart of this amazing school for the last 12 years. I have really enjoyed getting to know these children and their families. I can’t wait to see what this year brings.
