The mission of Little Blessings Preschool is to work cooperatively with families to facilitate a program that will create a solid, educational, Christian foundation for young children. It is our mission to help preschoolers grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, spiritually and physically through hands-on learning experiences that meet the individual needs, interests and abilities of each child.
 

The objectives of Little Blessings Christian Preschool are:

  • To provide a quality preschool program for children ages two through five.

  • To provide a program for children from all sectors of the community, no matter what religion, race, or financial status.

  • To function as a family support service, thereby providing intervention in any needed areas through community services for families with children with special needs or for families desiring information on early childhood issues and concerns.

  • To prepare young children for their formal education and assist parents in becoming active participants in their child’s education with schools and in the community.

  • To create an Christian environment that encourages a passion for learning that will have lifelong affects.

Our Philosophy

Our educational philosophy reflects the basic concept that God created each individual with unique gifts. It is our responsibility as teachers to help each child realize his/her potential through guidance, encouragement and Christian love. Our school is licensed by the State of Colorado and meets State requirements.

It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies and scholarship programs.

Curriculum

Our curriculum provides a variety of developmentally appropriate experiences in the areas of motor, language, cognitive and social. New themes and multi-sensory centers are introduced through Creative Curriculum, Handwriting Without Tears,  and Worship Curriculum.

What are your school hours?

Little Blessings Preschool hours are Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 4:00pm. 

How do you ensure child safety?

Child safety is our top priority. We maintain secure, locked entryways, conduct regular background checks for all staff, and follow strict sign-in/sign-out procedures via our specialized parent app.

What curriculum do you follow?

We offer a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that integrates spiritual growth with academic readiness, ensuring each child blossoms in a nurturing Christian environment.

How do I enroll my child?

Enrollment opens in December. You can contact our office to schedule a tour and receive our latest registration forms and availability details. 

Are you affiliated with Little Blessings in Castle Rock, CO?

No, we are not affiliated with the Little Blessings in Castle Rock.  We are a ministry of the Parker United Methodist Church.

Do all staff members attend the United Methodist Church?

No, we have staff from all walks of life!  There are several teachers who attend the United Methodist church that our preschool resides in, but many do not and are of other christian and non-christian faiths.  

Do you offer scholarships or discounts for families in need?

Yes, although availability is limited!  For those who qualify, we are happy to help!  Please email or call the office for more information.
