Hello! My name is Noelani (Noe) Allen, and I’ve been a teacher at Little Blessings since 2019. Before entering the world of education, I worked in sales and marketing, then took time off to stay home with my two children.
My husband and I have two wonderful kids, ages 14 and 12. As a family, we love to travel and are passionate about all things sports! In my free time, I enjoy working out, spending time with family and friends and cheering on my children at their games.My goal this year is to help your children feel excited about coming to school each day, build lasting friendships, and develop a lifelong love of learning and discovery. I’m so excited for the incredible year ahead!

Hi! I’m Erica, a preschool teacher with a big heart for little learners.I spent several wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom, raising my two amazing kids—Braxton (15) and Jocelyn (12)—and now I get to bring that same love and care into the classroom. My husband is my workout partner and best friend, and together we’re raising our family surrounded by animals—horses, cats, and a couple of very spoiled dogs.I believe in teaching with patience, joy, and a whole lot of heart. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I’m so grateful to be part of this community—because each of the kids I teach becomes part of that family. When I’m not at school, I’m volunteering at my kids’ school, taking them to sports, riding horses with my daughter, or cheering on my son as he plays high school football. I’m so excited for this school year and can’t wait to help your little ones grow, learn, and thrive.
Hi, my name is Holly Thompson and this will be my first year as a full time teacher at Little Blessings, but we go way back. I went to preschool here, my mom worked here for many years, and I worked here during high school during the summers. A little about me is I am Colorado native, I have a dual citizenship in England (no accent unfortunately), I’m 23, and I love walking my dogs, running, and painting my nails. This year I graduated from Oregon State University with a BFA in graphic design, and while I eventually plan on entering into that field, I am so glad to be back working with the wonderful staff and kids at Little Blessings!
